Why do I need a website?

Having a professional website is a way for you to connect with new potential clients, and it's oftentimes the first impression. A custom website is one of the best ways you can grow your business and set yourself apart. It will help you attract dependable clients & build a stronger network, both online and through word-of-mouth. It will allow you to share your story & your business in a unique way, something that just can't be replicated with social media or any other standardized platforms. What's needed from me to get started, and how much of my time will it take?

Only 5 minutes. Once you complete the initial sign up & on-boarding process, we can do the rest. Of course you're welcome to be as involved as you'd like, but it's not required. We'll give you updates every step of the way, and our team is standing by whenever questions arise.

How long until my website is live?

Once you complete the 5 minute on-boarding process, it generally takes us 1-3 weeks to build your new website.. on average it takes us 1 week to gather and confirm important details, and 1-2 weeks to build the website. Once it's built, we'll send you an email with a link to review the site before we go live.

Can I cancel?

Absolutely, you can easily cancel anytime through the Admin Dashboard. Certain cancellations are eligible for a refund, please review our Refund Policy for more details.

What if I have an existing website or domain name?

Even better! If there's content that you want to keep, we'll transfer it over to your new website for you. Do you have an existing domain name as well? As long as you have access to the admin panel for managing your existing domain, we can help you get your new PremPage website on your custom domain, free of charge.

What if I don't like my new website?

If you like our example websites, we promise you'll love the new website we build for you. And if there's anything you want changed after the initial setup, we'll make as many changes as you'd like until it's exactly what you're looking for.

What if I need to make changes to my website later on?

No problem. Once your website is set up, you'll get access to the PremPage Admin Dashboard - this is where you can go to easily update photos & content on your website anytime. Or if you'd prefer us to handle the website edits, we suggest the Premium Plan. Then you can simply text or email your revisions & we'll take care of the rest.

Can I switch plans or billing cycles?

You can switch billing cycles anytime through the admin dashboard. For more details on how we handle changes to plans, please review our Plan & Cycle Updates Policy

Sometimes I email my clients, can you help me setup a professional email address?

Yes, our Premium Plan includes a custom email address, something like name@yourdomain.com. If you ever communicate with your clients over email, setting up a professional email is important. Plus, you'll be able to easily send/receive emails & get notifications right from your phone, through an easy to use mobile app.

Do I get a discount if I switch to the annual subscription?

Yes, you can save up to $192 by paying annually. Plus you'll get a free 1-year custom domain subscription to any standard custom domain name (.com, .co, .net, etc.).
